Overlook Area Boat Ramp is the amusing boat ramp that is located on the northside of the dam. There is a two-lane ramp with wind protection, a parking lot that can accommodate many vehicles since this is a big parking lot. There is no restroom here. The fee for a boat launch is $3, and this is open all year round. This place has a great spot on Lake O' The Pines.
